I have been fortunate to have had the opportunity to work for one company during my professional career – Alpha Sigma Alpha. Working for an organization whose mission and vision I deeply believe in is energizing. And although Alpha Sigma Alpha is the “work that pays me,” my further life’s work is to raise a family, volunteer for my church and in my community, and joyously live each day to its ultimate good.

Krystal, graduate of East Stroudsburg University in Pennsylvania, served as a leadership consultant from 1997-98. She rejoined the staff in 2000 in the district services department. Krystal worked as the director of district services from 2002-06 and began as executive director in July 2006.  

As executive director for both the Sorority and the Foundation, Krystal oversees the day-to-day management of the Sorority’s and Foundation’s operations including the supervision of national headquarters staff, direction of the administrative and financial affairs of the Sorority and oversight of services to members.
