Kim earned her bachelor’s degree in psychology with a minor in sociology from Millersville University of Pennsylvania. She is currently pursuing her master’s in business administration at Temple University’s Fox School of Business. Kim earned her Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) designation from the Events Industry Council in 2021.
Kim traveled as a leadership consultant in 2014-15 and joined national headquarters staff in 2015 as the event services coordinator. She began working as the director of events & programs in 2017 before starting as the director of collegiate & program services in 2020. As a collegian, Kim served Epsilon Kappa Chapter as secretary, standards chairman and nominating committee chairman.
Kim directs the Sorority’s collegiate services operations, manages all aspects of Alpha Sigma Alpha’s national events and programs, and serves as the direct contact for Alpha Sigma Alpha’s national philanthropic partners Special Olympics and Girls on the Run.
