Women with a plan win. This program’s purpose is to empower high potential women in their careers or career transitions through building winning career game plans.

Julie Kratz, leadership and career coach, and author is partnering with us to facilitate a workshop based on bolstering your authentic confidence. Participants will collaborate with Julie on proven authentic confidence building techniques and leave the program with a game plan for success.

After attending this workshop, you will be more authentically confident in your career by:

  1. Knowing your sources of confidence,
  2. Building strategies to surround yourself with those people and/or experiences,
  3. Reflecting on your challengers and how you will proactively engage with them. We’ll also complete a personal SWOT analysis to learn more about our strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats. You will walk away having all of the tools needed to bolster your already strong authentic confidence.
