About

April 7-9, 2017 | Indianapolis, IN

Advisor Institute empowers new and tenured advisors with the tools and training they will need to be successful in their volunteer roles. With new techniques and ideas, as well as opportunities to practice familiar concepts, advisors have the opportunity to grow and develop in a comfortable setting with their peers.

The Institute will continue to build upon past curriculum as well as offer new sessions on skills advisors need to be successful in their roles. Content includes interpersonal dynamics, conflict management and the tools necessary to advise collegians through self-assessment and planning for the future. Advisors from across the country will come together and have time to meet, share best practices and walk away feeling confident. This weekend is an excellent opportunity for personal growth and for the development of operational skills.
