Alpha Sigma Alpha owns the trademark for the name “Alpha Sigma Alpha”. As such, Alpha Sigma Alpha is under legal duty to protect the goodwill associated with its trademark and has both the right and legal obligation to ensure its integrity.

Our partner in this effort is a company called Affinity-Consultants. Affinity-Consultants administers a comprehensive trademark licensing program on behalf of 57 national fraternities and sororities. Affinity-Consultants clients do not approve any products that attempt to glorify alcohol, hazing, racism, sexism, or any other image or design that is offensive or hurtful to others.

We need your help to be responsible when selecting product designs. We also need you to understand the importance of using a licensed vendor for Alpha Sigma Alpha products. Affinity-Consultants is busy putting together a growing network of socially responsible companies for you to choose from. If you’d like to nominate a company to become licensed with our organization please email the company’s contact information to vendors@greeklicensing.com.

Our affinity programs exist to benefit our chapters and members by providing beneficial services. Our programs provide services such as buying clothing, composites, chapter gifts and personal insurance. A percentage of the profit is sent to national headquarters. This can potentially translate into thousands of dollars for the organization and possibly offset future dues increases.
