Registration

Registration will be available beginning in February 2010. 

  • Early registration fee: $269 on or before March 24, 2010
  • Regular registration fee: $299 after March 24, 2010 and on or before May 19, 2010

  • Late registration fee: $375 after May 19, 2010 and on or before June 2, 2010


Accommodations

Accommodations package includes four nights lodging with two double beds.  Please be prepared to submit a credit card upon check-in for incidentals accrued during your hotel stay.  Accommodations package also includes three lunches, one dinner, one networking reception and two dessert receptions.  All attendees are also invited to attend the Alpha Sigma Alpha Foundation dinner on Friday evening, July 2, 2010.

  • Three people to a room - $377                                                               
  • Two people to a room - $465
  • One person to a room - $730

Volunteer opportunities

We are in search of convention choir members, hospitality committee members, as well as writers and reporters for the convention & conference newsletter.  If you are interested, check the appropriate box on your registration form.  Registration will begin in February 2010.

Emporium opportunities

Alpha Sigma Alpha is seeking vendors to participate in the emporium on Friday, July 2, 2010 from 11:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.  If you, or someone you know has a business that would be of interest to an audience of over 300 women, the emporium is for you.  The cost to register is $100, which includes two six-foot tables and two chairs.  Additional tables will be available for $25 each.  Vendor registration is due May 1, 2010.  For more information, please contact Naydia Spears, leadership development & event coordinator at (317) 871-2920 or nspears@alphasigmaalpha.org.
