Alpha Sigma Alpha recognizes the importance of preserving our history through our national archives collection, through chapter history reporting and through our chapter scrapbooks.

Policy for Membership Insignia

“Alpha Sigma Alpha membership badges should be returned to the national organization upon the death of a member, unless she has bequeathed her badge to an heir or wishes to be buried with it. While it is recommended the badge be returned to national headquarters, this is not required. Members are encouraged to inform family members regarding their wishes.”
