ΑΣΑ Advantage

ΑΣΑ Advantage is Alpha Sigma Alpha’s lifetime membership education initiative. ΑΣΑ Advantage is comprised of four modules: new member, initiate, senior and alumna—the four phases of a member’s life. Each is structured with activities to support each of the four aims. It also complements our Creed. By participating in ΑΣΑ Advantage members will be following through on their commitments to the sorority, the chapter and themselves.

Reflection is an important discipline of leadership and learning. Sitting down to reflect on their experiences is not a habit. Members are encouraged to reflect throughout their ΑΣΑ Advantage experience on a regular basis.
