Headquarters Staff
The national headquarters staff is responsible for the daily operations of the sorority. The office maintains membership and financial records and provides support and assistance to collegiate and alumnae chapters and members. The staff develops new programs and resources with involvement from volunteer leaders.

Krystal Geyer Slivinski, ΓΡ

Krystal served as a leadership consultant from 1997-98. She rejoined the staff in 2000 in the district services department. Krystal worked as the director of district services from 2002-06 and began as executive director in July 2006. as executive director for both the sorority and the Foundation, Krystal oversees the day-to-day management of the sorority’s and Foundation's operations including the supervision of national headquarters staff, direction of the administrative and financial affairs of the sorority and oversight of services to members.

Christy worked for the Alpha Sigma Alpha staff from 2004-06 as the event planner & education coordinator and began her current position in January 2008. She provides direction for district volunteers in the areas of chapter discipline, standards and finance. She is responsible for hiring, training and managing the leadership consultant staff.

Erika worked for Alpha Sigma Alpha as a leadership consultant from 2005-2006. She then served as the volunteer support services coordinator from 2006-2008. Erika joined staff again in October 2009 in her current role. She is responsible for overseeing all sorority communications including the Phoenix magazine, web site, e-newsletters and press releases. Erika directs the sorority marketing plan and designs logos and promotional material for the sorority.

Volunteer & Alumnae Coordinator

Rachael joined the Alpha Sigma Alpha staff in June 2010. As the volunteer & alumnae coordinator, she assists the volunteer recruitment and placement team in recruiting, placing, recognizing and evaluating volunteer. She oversees the volunteer training initiatives and works with other staff members to create volunteer educational programming. Rachael also directs the alumnae initiatives including managing the Arista Alumnae Association, being the liaison to the alumnae project team, developing new alumnae chapters and supervising the alumnae initiation process.

Katie joined the Alpha Sigma Alpha staff in August 2010. As the membership growth coordinator, she coordinates the sorority's membership growth and recruitment initiatives. Katie is responsible for the planning, budgeting, coordination and evaluation of recruitment programs as well as statistical reporting. She also oversees the extension process, colonizations and installations of new Alpha Sigma Alpha Chapters.

Hilary joined the Alpha Sigma Alpha staff in May 2010. She is responsible for providing direction for and coordination of the sorority's events. She oversees the planning, execution, coordination and evaluation of national conventions, District Days and leadership development institutes. Hilary oversees the Advantage initiative and is the staff liaison to the education coaching team leaders, academic excellence team and the national ritual coaching team.
Gino Hill

Gino joined headquarters staff in May 1999. He is responsible for the financial and membership records for all chapters. Gino processes all chapter dues, loans and accounts receivables. Additionally Gino is responsible for processing all accounts payables for the sorority.

Linda joined the headquarters staff in March 2006. Linda's responsibilities include data entry, mailings, filing, office reception and special projects. Linda traveled as a field representative in 1970-71 and has served as the national housing chariman and province director.

Naydia joined the Alpha Sigma Alpha staff in August 2007 as the event planner & education coordinator. She was hired in January 2010 as the Foundation's development coordinator. As the development coordinator, Naydia oversees all fundraising initiatives. She is responsible for overseeing donor cultivation and recognition. Naydia previously worked at Alpha Sigma Alpha National Headquarters as leadership consultant from 2005-06.

Megan Brower, ΘΓ

Megan graduated from Christopher Newport University, VA, with a bachelor's degree in psychology and minors in leadership and sociology. Megan held the position of chapter treasurer and president for her chapter. On campus she was a 2009 recruitment counselor, a member of the women's leadership program and the president's leadership program. Megan is a member of Order of Omega, Psi Chi national psychology honor society and was nominated for Greek Woman of the Year at Christopher Newport University.
Natalie Bergstrom, ΒΛ

Natalie graduated from University of Central Arkansas with a bachelor's degree in public relations with a minor in interdisciplinary studies. Natalie held the positions of standards board member, nominating committee chairman and treasurer for her chapter, as well as a committee member for the philanthropy and public relations committees. On campus, she was the team captain for "Up Til Dawn," and the 80 Proof director for marketing and recruitment. Natalie received several honors as a collegiate member and is the 2009-10 Frost Fidelity Award winner.

Maureen graduated from Christopher Newport University, VA, with a bachelor's degree in communications. Maureen held the positions of Greek week chairman and vice president of programming & ritual for her chapter. She also worked as the office manager and co-director of marketing at Belle Haven Marina in Alexandria, VA, where she also taught youth sailing lessons.

Lindsay graduated from Virginia Wesleyan College with a bachelor's degree in business with an emphasis in accounting. While a collegian, Lindsay held the position of chapter treasurer. She also served as a member of the nominating committee, finance committee and philanthropic committee. On campus, Lindsay held the positions of vice president of finance for the Society of Advance Management, secretary for the Virginia Wesleyan Student Athlete Advisor committee and was a student assistant field hockey coach.

Megan graduated from the Rochester Institute of Technology with a bachelor's degree in health and exercise science with a minor in communications. Megan held the positions of fundraising chairman, treasurer and chapter president. On campus, she served as the chairman of the Greek council's new member education committee and as the editor of the environmental science club. Megan also worked as the executive peer mentor for the Rochester Institute of Technology study abroad office.
