Helping with Extension

One of the most exciting times for Alpha Sigma Alpha is starting a new chapter. The extension process allows us to offer our wonderful membership experience to women who are looking to make a difference within their campuses and communities as well as in their own personal life. That is why we are committed to growth and providing a positive experience for women all across the country.

As an alumna member, there are opportunities to attend extension presentations when Alpha Sigma Alpha is invited to a campus that is in the process of adding a new NPC group to their Greek system. National headquarters staff will notify members in the geographical area when we are invited to a presentation on a nearby campus. If we are invited to colonize on that campus, local alumnae will also be notified of that decision.

Alpha Sigma Alpha is proud to have three colonies for the 2008-09 school year at Clayton State University, GA, Texas A&M University-Kingsville and Oregon Institute of Technology.  Alpha Sigma Alpha has accepted an invitation to start a new colony at Pennsylvania College of Technology in the fall of 2009.  Alumnae interested in helping these groups should contact Amber Huston.
