Alpha Sigma Alpha District Day 2010-11: Leading through service

Alpha Sigma Alpha District Day is an opportunity for collegiate members and alumnae to come together to experience a full day of leadership and officer training. The Leadership Institute - Women with Purpose will be returning to conduct professional programming for all attendees.

All collegiate chapters are required to send five or fifteen members to the event, depending on location.

Registration information

Registration is $45 per person and includes conference materials, lunch on Saturday and event favors. Late registrations will be accepted up until one week before the date of the event for a late registration fee of $55 per person. On-site registrations will be charged an on-site registration fee of $70. This does not apply to collegiate chapter substitutions for women who were already registered. There is no charge to substitute members.

Alpha Sigma Alpha Foundation

The Alpha Sigma Alpha Foundation continues to be a large supporter of Alpha Sigma Alpha District Day events. The Foundation was able to provide a grant this year to help off-set the costs of the event while maintaining the professional nature. Alpha Sigma Alpha would like to thank the Foundation for their continued commitment to this event.

This year, the Foundation is excited to be part of the "Foundation Challenge" for alumnae and collegiate chapters.  Each chapter is asked to hold a fundraiser for the Foundation before District Day.  During the District Day luncheon, chapters who held a fundraiser will have the opportunity to present a short presentation about their fundraiser and present a check to the Foundation trustee in attendance.  Prizes will be awarded for most creative fundraiser and the most money raised.  Click here to learn more.
