Headquarters Staff
The national headquarters staff is responsible for the daily operations of the sorority. The office maintains membership and financial records and provides support and assistance to collegiate and alumnae chapters and members. The staff develops new programs and resources with involvement from volunteer leaders.

Krystal Geyer Slivinski, ΓΡ

Krystal served as a leadership consultant from 1997-98. She rejoined the staff in 2000 in the district services department. Krystal worked as the director of district services from 2002-06 and began as executive director in July 2006. Krystal oversees the day-to-day management of the sorority’s operations including the supervision of national headquarters staff, direction of the administrative and financial affairs of the sorority and oversight of services to members.

Christy Adams, ΔH

Christy worked for the Alpha Sigma Alpha staff from 2004-06 as the event planner & education coordinator and began her current position in January 2008. She provides direction for district volunteers and membership recruitment initiatives. She is responsible for hiring, training and managing the leadership consultant staff. Christy is responsible for the planning, budgeting, coordination and evaluation of recruitment programs as well as statistical reporting, dealing with chapter revitalization and discipline. She also oversees the extension process, colonizations and installations of new Alpha Sigma Alpha chapters.

Naydia joined the Alpha Sigma Alpha staff in August 2007. She is responsible for providing direction for and coordination of the sorority’s educational programs including the ΑΣΑ Advantage initiative. She also oversees the planning, execution, coordination and evaluation of national conventions, district days and leadership development institutes. Naydia is the staff liaison to alumnae chapters.

Erika Butts, ΕΚ

Erika served as a leadership consultant in 2005-06 and began her current position in July 2006. Erika supports volunteer development and increases member participation in sorority initiatives and activities. Erika is the staff liaison for chapter advisors and Sister Circle.

Louise Morales, ΖΩ

Louise joined the Alpha Sigma Alpha staff in August 2007. She is responsible for overseeing all sorority communications including but not limited to the web site, Phoenix magazine, and electronic newsletters. Louise directs the Alpha Sigma Alpha marketing plan, oversees the style guide, designs logos and graphics for sorority programs and coordinates press releases for the sorority.

Gino Hill

Gino joined headquarters staff in May 1999. He is responsible for the financial and membership records for all chapters. Gino processes all chapter dues, loans and accounts receivables. Additionally Gino is responsible for processing all accounts payables for the sorority.

Pat Crosby, ΔΚ

Pat began employment at headquarters in June 2002. She provides support in the mailroom as well as data entry support to the finance department. She is responsible for filling and shipping all supply requests and for assembly and preparation of all regular mailings. Additionally Pat keeps filing up-to-date and works on special projects as needed. Pat is the office receptionist.

Linda Lineback, ΧΧ

Linda joined the headquarters staff in April 2006. She traveled as a field representative in 1970-71. She assists the office manager with a variety of projects.

Emily Just, ΒN

Emily Just graduated from Murray State University, KY, with a bachelor’s degree in biology and Spanish. Emily was vice president of programming and ritual as well as the scholarship chairman. She also served on the standards board. She served her campus through the student government association where she held the position of secretary as well as the secretary for the Tri-Beta biology honor society. Emily was president and founder of the Club Field Hockey group. She was also a presidential scholarship recipient as well as homecoming queen. She was nominated for the Elizabeth Bird Small Award by her chapter in 2006.

Jeet Sausen, ΖΚ

Jeet Sausen graduated from Minnesota State University Mankato with a BST in social studies education and a BS in political science. Jeet held the positions of scholarship chairman, treasurer and vice president of alumnae and heritage for her chapter. On campus she was a member of the Special Olympics planning committee and served on the student senate’s allocation committee. Jeet was named Order of Omega’s Outstanding New Member in 2002-03, was Zeta Kappa’s Sister of the Year for 2002 and awarded the Alpha Sigma Alpha Foundation’s Suzanne L. Hebert Endowed Founders’ Memorial Scholarship in 2004-05.

Sarah Zimmerschied, ΦΦ

Sarah Zimmerschied graduated from Northwest Missouri State University with a bachelor’s degree in advertising. Sarah held the positions of risk management chairman, vice president of alumnae and heritage and president for her chapter. Sarah was also the vice president of scholarship and judicial procedures as well as the formal recruitment executive board member for the College Panhellenic Association. She was involved on campus through the homecoming committee as well as the American Marketing Association group. Sarah is a Booth College of Professional Studies Scholarship recipient and has been named on both the dean’s list and in the Who’s Who Among Students in American Universities and Colleges.

Stacy started work with the Foundation in September 2005. She helps manage the Circle of Strength campaign as well as run the day-to-day operations of the Foundation.
